  • Shipping

    • Most domestic orders will be processed within 1 business day and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
    • All shipping costs are set by USPS, FedEx, or DHL & calculated by weight with any duties, taxes, or handling charges included.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided. Returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Returns

    • To request a return, please email us at lydiamckee.art@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return label.
    • The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. We will not accept any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. 
    • Please note, no hand-delivered returns will be accepted.
